生效日期：2026 年 9 月 25 日。Guocheng Shan（個人開發者）提供柴助這款 iOS App。

你要年滿 13 歲。未滿 18 歲請先得到家長或監護人同意。App 只在手機上用出生年份擋住未滿 13 歲，沒有另外查核家長同意。
柴助的回覆由程式與 AI 產生，可能有誤，不能取代專業建議。緊急危險請打 119、110，或你所在地的緊急電話。難過時 App 也會顯示 1925、1995、1980。
請勿濫用服務。調皮小狗每天有訊息上限，短時間內太頻繁也會被請慢一點。
柴助 Plus（自動續訂）：可選訂閱，由 Apple 處理付款。月費與年費方案會在 App 內顯示當地價格。訂閱會自動續訂，直到你在 App Store 的訂閱設定中取消。年費方案可能有免費試用；試用結束後若未取消，Apple 會依方案收費。取消後，已付費期間仍可使用 Plus 權益至該期結束。目前 Plus 僅提高每日訊息上限；其他功能會另公告。
你可以在 App 裡刪除資料。已登入會刪帳號；沒登入會刪這台裝置在伺服器上的匿名資料。範圍寫在隱私權政策。
除本條款外，你使用 App 亦受 Apple 標準授權使用者合約（EULA）規範：Apple 標準 EULA。
服務依現況提供。個人開發者可以調整或停止功能。

Terms of use

Effective 25 September 2026. Guocheng Shan, an individual developer, offers the Shibasuke iOS app.

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The app only checks a birth year on the phone and does not verify that permission.
Replies are produced by software and AI. They can be wrong and are not professional advice. In an emergency call 119 or 110, or the emergency number where you are. The app can also show 1925, 1995, and 1980.
Do not abuse the service. Puppy chat has a daily cap and a short-term rate limit.
Shibasuke Plus (auto-renewable) is optional and billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in App Store subscription settings. The yearly plan may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, Apple charges per the plan. After canceling, Plus benefits stay until the paid period ends. Today Plus only raises the daily message cap; other features will be announced separately.
You can delete data in the app. Signed-in deletion removes the account; signed-out deletion removes this device’s anonymous server data. The privacy policy lists what goes.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
The service is provided as is. The developer may change or stop features.
